Required Skills & Competencies

- Agent Orchestration (LangGraph): Designing stateful multi-agent workflows, graph architectures, checkpointing, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) interrupt patterns.
- Context Engineering & Retrieval (RAG): Implementing layered context schemas, token budgeting, embeddings, and vector search with Qdrant and Azure AI Search.
- LLM Integration & Typed Contracts: Working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI SDKs, tool calling, Pydantic v2 data validation, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Job Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade multi-agent AI systems, graph-based workflows, and automated reasoning pipelines in Python.
- Implement advanced context engineering, vector indexing, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules.
- Integrate major LLM APIs, construct deterministic verification gates, and evaluate agent decision reliability.
- Collaborate with senior AI architects on vLLM model routing, prompt optimization, and infrastructure persistence.
