Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Integration Support, Tech Support, and Operations teams
- Support merchant onboarding by managing configurations on internal and external systems
- Coordinate with Banking, Finance, Support, Integration, and Tech teams to resolve merchant issues
- Handle merchant communication end-to-end
- Assist merchants with order reports, payment tracking, reconciliations, and related queries
