- Optical Hardware & Manufacturing Testing: Validating optical transceivers, silicon photonics, network switches, and instrument automation via NI-VISA/SCPI protocols.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute Python-based automated test cases for optical networking products, transceivers, and switch hardware.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking protocols using IXIA traffic generators.
- Build and support automated testing software used in high-volume optical component manufacturing lines.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/ArgoCD), log defects, and collaborate with hardware design engineers.
