- Utilize AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to maintain high code velocity, optimize web performance, and debug client issues.
- Participate directly in peer code reviews, sprint standups, and collaborative technical client discussions.
Salary & Compensation
- Compensation Structure: ₹15,000 / month (Trainee stipend with rapid appraisal and performance increments).
