- Python & Model Fine-Tuning: Advanced Python programming, fine-tuning foundation models (LoRA, QLoRA), and evaluating model inference performance.
- Project Prototyping & Benchmarking: Translating business use cases into functional prototypes, benchmarking latency/accuracy, and writing clear technical documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, benchmark, and deploy private AI systems, self-hosted LLMs, and enterprise RAG architectures.
- Develop autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex multi-step tasks across enterprise software stacks.
- Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers on GPU infrastructure optimization and model fine-tuning.
- Document architecture decisions, publish reproducible code repositories, and demo working AI applications.
