Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to server and network infrastructure deployments, hardware repairs, upgrades, cabling, and decommissioning across Google data centers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux operating system configurations on physical server hardware.
  • Analyze machine failure patterns, isolate faulty physical components, and report technical bugs to remote engineering teams.
  • Perform physical infrastructure operations including moving equipment up to 23 kg and adhering to strict data center safety protocols.
