Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:

Required Skills & Competencies

- CAE Structural Optimization (HyperMesh & OptiStruct): Performing finite element analysis (FEA), defining boundary conditions, and executing topology/shape optimization for lightweighting.
- Simulation Automation (Python, NumPy & Pandas): Developing reusable Python automation scripts integrated with CAE APIs to eliminate repetitive manual simulation tasks.
- Moldflow Analysis & AI/ML Engineering: Conducting plastic injection molding filling/cooling analysis and training basic AI/ML models for engineering predictions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop 3D CAD models, structural FEA simulation decks, or Moldflow plastic analysis depending on assigned track.
- Run structural topology and weight optimization using Altair OptiStruct and reconstruct simulation-ready geometry.
- Build Python scripts to automate engineering calculation pipelines and integrate AI/ML for design optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, validation reports, and present final project deliverables in design reviews.
Salary & Compensation
- Compensation Structure: ₹5,000 (M1) → ₹10,000 (M2–3) → ₹15,000 (M4–6)/month + PPO Offer (₹3.6 LPA for B.Tech / ₹4.2 LPA for M.Tech).
